Project 3
My final actlab project was my first performance piece. I teamed up with Alan Lampert from the Extreme Freestyle Hacking Class to make what essentially became a mobile band, and by band I mean bass drum, snare drum, and theremin. To play the theremin, I had to carry an amp, a 12 volt battery, a power inverter, and the theremin itself.
We picked 2001 A Space Odyssey to compose a soundtrack for, and played as we walked around the room.
